  My review is not for the service or knowledge, it's that you CANNOT reach anyone. After going here for years, we finally switched because every time we call, we never reach a human being. And if you leave a message, NO ONE calls you back. My husband has tried to make an appointment, I have tried to make an appointment, we've called at different times of day, no luck.

  Advance Derm sends alot of emails. I was asked to participate in a test clinic. I responded, submitted pics to their requirements. Was told I would be used. Also told to call and schedule an appointment. Only got VM durring business hours. Left multiple messages. Only responses were email. Told to resubmit photos. Did to their requirements correctly and they responded with changed requirements. Around again we went. In other words a complete waste of my time and I would say theirs as well as now I am not interested in their test or services in the least. Obviously they must be swamped with so much business that that doesn't matter. Their client care is said to be all that and more on here? Really? Well I hope those few people recieving such or their friends who are posting these positive reviews are enough to sustain them. EPIC FAIL.

  Dr. Taub only cares about making money. Half the good reviews on here are from people that work at her office. How many times can you tell a doctor that their wait time is absurd and they still don't care? I spent almost $4000 on a laser treatment that did NOTHING and was not as so much given a "sorry." The coordinator I worked with never returned calls and the manager was a nightmare when I tried to speak with her. Bedside manner of Dr. Taub herself was nothing short of unemotional, non caring, and in a hurry. With so many other options out there, just go someplace else.
